Coldbuster Floor Heating is a fast growing, family-owned and operated business operating throughout Australia. Located in a comfortable office/warehouse in Frenchs Forest, we pride ourselves on our great reputation and running a team with dedication and friendliness.

We are offering a few different roles in various areas of our business.

Casual Part-time and Full-time Positions Available

Customer Service Assistants

• Make and receive customer calls professionally (training provided)
• Use Microsoft Office with proficiency

Graphic Design Assistants 

• Create marketing and graphic design material including leaflets, posters, brochures, cataologues, manuals etc.
• Source, edit and add images and to create content to documents and digital media
• Create, manage and post to social media channels
• Follow briefs with precision, and apply high attention to detail and be well organised.
• Adobe Creative Suite skills preferred
• Canva proficiency preferred
• Understanding briefs, and delivering on deadline
• Conceving, writing and creating appropriate content for engaging and communicating our customers
• Possibly doing Videography (organising, filming and editing)Guidance will be provided by the Marketing Manager.

Successful candidates for both roles will have:

• A positive attitude and an enthusiasm to develop and learn, while keeping to specific procedures
• Friendly, pleasant, professional and respectful manner
• A strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow processes
• Strong work ethic and eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
• Genuine willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as the ability to work on your own
• Well developed organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and follow tasks through to the end, and on time
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to pick up new programs and systems quickly and easily
• Full residential and working rights in Australia

Details

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Paid casual rates (in line with regulations)
